Emmanuel Gill

Since 1999, Mr. Gill is the Owner and President of Gilbridge Holdings Ltd., a private company which invests in Israeli technology-based companies and assists them in developing their business strategies and organizations.
He is currently the Chairman and shareholder of Bioview Ltd. and Board member of Structured Web.
Until recently he held the positions of Chairman of the Board of Plasan Ltd.,Vice Chairman of Titanium Inc., Board member and shareholder of LivePerson Inc.
For 20 years, between 1959 and 1979, Emmanuel Gill served in the Israeli Air Force as an engineer and a project officer, responsible for the modernization of Airborne Electronic Systems.
For 20 years, between 1979 and 1999, Mr. Gill was President and Chief Executive Officer of Elbit Ltd., a NASDAQ and TASE publicly traded Israeli manufacturer of electronics for the defense, medical imaging and communications industries.
During his tenure the Company grew its revenues locally and internationally from $30 Million to over $1 Billion.
In 1996, Mr.Gill initiated and managed the strategic spin-off of Elbit Ltd., forming three separate publicly-traded companies: Elbit Systems (Defence), Elbit Medical Imaging and Elbit Ltd (Commercial and Communications).
Mr. Gill, served as the Chairman of the companies following their spin-off.
Mr. Gill graduated as a B.Sc. (Electronics) in 1970 and in 1994, received a honorary Doctorate of Science in Technology from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Yacha Sutton

Over 30 years’ experience in the field of Medical Equipment. In 1981 assisted in the IPO of Laser Industries on Nasdaq and joined the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Company.
In 1990 joined Laser Industries as Executive Vice President & CFO and in 1995 was appointed President and COO.
Company sold in February 1998 for $270M to ESC Medical Systems.
In 1999 was asked to assume the CEO position of ESC Medical Systems. Conducted a major restructuring program and turned the company to profitability in 2000.
Led a major acquisition in 2001 of the Coherent Medical Group.
In last ten years President of Rugby Investments Ltd, a self owned company that invests in startup companies primarily in Medical Equipment.

Warren Esanu

Warren Esanu is a founder of Esanu Katsky Korins and Siger (now Katsky Korins LLP). Ranked AV® (the highest ranking) by his peers, Warren has counseled wealthy families regarding estate and trust planning and estate and trust administration. He has represented individuals and families in the sale and recapitalization of closely-held businesses. In addition, Warren has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and tax matters.
Moreover, he has worked extensively on both public and private company mergers, leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions and sales.
Warren is a published author and editor of a number of books and publications.
He has lectured on corporate and tax matters. In addition, he has served as chairman of the board of a public company and as a director of a number of public and private companies.

Warren has represented:

  • A privately-held medical device company in its sale to one of the world’s largest multi-national corporations
  • A public company in the sale of several of its subsidiaries

  • A broker dealer in a significant number of initial public offerings and private placements
Eliyahu Ayalon-Lanciano

Mr. Ayalon is a leading veteran of the Israeli High Tech Industry. He has served since 1987 in leading positions as CEO, Board member and Chairman of the Board of Companies in the Medical Technology, Telecommunication, Defense and Semiconductor industries.
From 1996 to 2000 Mr. Ayalon served as the CEO of DSP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:DSPG), a leading provider of system on chip solutions and DSP technology, and from 2000 to 2013 he served as its Chairman of the Board. In 2002 he founded Ceva Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA), a spin off of DSP Group and served as its first Chairman.
Mr. Ayalon also served as a Board member of M-Systems (NASDAQ: FLSH), which invented the Disk on Key and was sold to San Disk, and on the Boards of various private technology companies.
Mr. Ayalon currently serves as a Board member of CEVA, Inc., a leading IP Company licensing DSP Technology and applications software.

Mr Ayalon holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion / Israel Institute of Technology and is a member of its Board of Governors.

Dr. Alan Schwebel

Dr. Schwebel joined BioView in 2002 as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing and was appointed as President and CEO in 2009. Dr. Schwebel has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in leading Medical Device and Medical Diagnostic Companies. Prior to joining BioView he served as President of Mennen Medical Ltd., a medical device Company with yearly sales of 30M$.

Dr. Schwebel received his Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from City University of New York and his B. Sc. in Chemistry from Brooklyn College.
