Alan
Dr. Alan Schwebel
President, CEO

Dr. Schwebel joined BioView in 2002 as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing and was appointed as President and CEO in 2009. Dr. Schwebel has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in leading Medical Device and Medical Diagnostic Companies. Prior to joining BioView he served as President of Mennen Medical Ltd., a medical device Company with yearly sales of 30M$.

Dr. Schwebel received his Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from City University of New York and his B. Sc. in Chemistry from Brooklyn College.

Yuval Harari, M.Sc
Executive Vice-President

Mr. Harari is one of BioView’s founders. Previously he was the Software Engineering Manager at Neuromedical Systems Israel (NSIL), where he led a team of software engineer experts in the development of advanced algorithms for image processing. Prior to NSIL, Mr. Harari was a Research Fellow at the IBM Research Lab, Israel, and developed efficient sort and merge algorithms for use in the development of a high performance, cross-platform sort application.

Mr. Harari received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science, both with honors, from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

David
David Kutas
President, CEO BioView Inc. (USA)

Mr. Kutas joined BioView in 2007 and has more than 25 years of experience in multinational Medical Device companies. David served in senior management positions in Research and Development, Marketing and Sales and also served as President of Mennen Medical Inc. in the United States. Prior to joining BioView, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing of the Life Care Systems Division at Analogic Corporation.

David received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Yulia Kapon, CPA
Director of Finance

Mrs. Yulia Kapon joined BioView in 2019. Mrs. Kapon’s experience includes several years as a CPA in PWC and managerial positions in large hi-tech companies. Prior to joining BioView, Mrs. Kapon worked as HO of Finance in William Hill Online TLV, and Senior Financial Controller at COMO (Conduit).

Mrs. Kapon, a CPA, holds a B.A in economics and accounting (with honors) and an MBA (specialty – Finance) from Tel Aviv University.

Elad Kfir
Vice-President of Marketing

Mr. Kfir joined BioView in 2004 as a Research Associate. He was soon promoted to Senior After-Sales Support Engineer, and over the past decade has filled various managerial positions including After-Sales Support Manager, Marketing Manager for the North America region as well as World Wide Product and Application Manager. Mr. Kfir was appointed to the position of VP Marketing at BioView in 2014, and has since been developing the company’s marketing strategy to support new business collaborations and establish new distribution partnerships.

Mr. Kfir received his B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology Engineering, from The Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheva.

Inbal Shmula Hillel
Vice-President of Operations

Mrs. Inbal Shmula Hillel joined Bio View in 2011. Mrs. Hillel’s experience includes managerial positions in Operations, Purchasing and Logistics in both Medical Device organizations and Low-Tech industry.
Mrs. Hillel was appointed to the position of VP Operations and QA Manager is responsible for the leading the Supply Chain, QA and IT activities in Bio View.

Mrs. Hillel holds a BA degree from Ruppin Academic Center with honors and an MA degree in Industrial Management from Bar Ilan University.

Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Chassidy Johnson
Chief Scientific Officer

Chassidy Johnson PhD, joined BioView in 2022 as Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Johnson has more than 10 years industry experience with a passion for single cell technologies that can enable liquid biopsies.  Prior to joining BioView she held roles in Scientific and Clinical Affairs leading teams in global collaborations, clinical studies, assay development, validation, regulatory submissions and BioPharma Services at Epic Sciences, Biolidics Ltd, Deepcell Inc., and IsoPlexis.

Dr. Johnson received her PhD from Tulane University in Microbiology and Immunology and was a Post-doctoral fellow at University of California, Irvine.
